Install ANT+™ on your iOS device for example Wahoo Ant+™ Key or similar. A Lightning pin adapter is required for iPhones but generation 5.

Using the heart rate monitor strap
Tie the strap around your chest just below your pectoral muscles and attach the hook to the other end of the strap.
To ensure good heart rate signal detection, check that the wet electrode areas are firmly against your skin and that the JetBlack logo on the connector is in a central and upright position.
Moisten both electrode areas on the back of the belt and strap on the sensor.
