About Masters of Tri

Masters of Tri are a father and son team providing coaching and resources for multisport athletes (triathletes, swimrunners, duathletes, etc) around the world. They became coaching partners of Team Zoot Europe in 2018 when a fellow-Zooter they coached individually (and is still a Zooter) introduced us at Kona in 2017. 

 Since then Martin and Matt have been a point-of-call for training advice (contacting them through Facebook or website) and assisted Team Zoot in planning Team days / camps and coached in person at the Kamen (2018), Arras (2019), Alicante (2019) and Roth (2023) Team events.

They deliver coaching in person at the clubs they are involved with in Sweden and the UK (with a handful of Zooters being present), provide individual online coaching with athletes around the world (including some Zooters) and via the sale of templated 16-week training plans.

Masters of Tri coaches, Matt, and Martin are professional, full-time coaches dedicated to helping their athletes, both online and attendees at training camps, get the best out of themselves. A key part of this is developing an understanding of the needs and aspirations of each athlete and a consideration their lifestyle commitments.

Training Plans

Our 16-week training plans recognise that triathlon is one sport, and most importantly, are developed specifically for the female or male triathlete. The sessions are simple and effective designed to build aerobic fitness combined and strength to develop the endurance needed to be competitive.
